The one thing what I did not like was the bathtub. Only burning hot or ice cold water, no middle way. It was a little bit hard to manage, but eventually this is nothing. Bathroom was small, but organized.

Good breakfast and very convenient location close to my bank

The location is very good because at a short distance from the underground station and the breakfast was very good.

The espresso coffee has to be paid like extra.

One of the reasons I prefer the hotel was that there was free WIFI. But, I could not access WIFI during my stay and unfortunately, the hotel could not solve the problem.

The room was very cozy and house keeping service was nice.

It has small bathroom. And a little noise is heard due to thin window.

The location is good and rooms are spacious and bathroom was good.

Some areas of the room were not cleaned properly. Found a chewing gum stuck dried on the wall. The blanket seemed old and stained.

Very good in general: perfect location, very nice and helpful staff. Cleanliness is also on a good level.

The room is a bit small, also the carpet on the floor does not look nice. The furniture and building need renovation!

Staff at check in were inexperienced and not very helpful. Despite being the ONLY people checking in, it still took over 35 mins to get the keys to our rooms!

A small hotel with a good location close to Avenida da Liberdade and 5 minutes walk to the metro station of Marques de Pombal. Room was clean with a spacious bathroom. Overall, an option to stay one ...

Hotel needs some renovation as rooms interior reminds more about 80s or 90s than 2000s. Especially the carpet flooring which is really an obsolete thing nowadays.

Excellent hotel. A good base to then go out sightseeing. TV was good. Air con was good. Staff were brilliant. Bed was comfy and good. Locks on the doors was good.

The bathroom was a bit smelly. The shower was rubbish.

Gets a bit stuffy in the room. Leave a window open and someone could easily get into your room! Could do with some music in the dining room instead of total silence.

Not very far from the city center, a lot of nice restaurants around for dinner. Room is clean, however furniture is quite aged.

If you're a tourist and plan on doing the hop on hop off bus you are about a ten minute walk from the starting point, which is very convenient. The street behind the hotel has a public parking ...

The lighting in the room wasn't great and the pillows were extremely lumpy.
