A comfortable stay.

The staff have been most attentive to all our needs and they could not do more for us. The building itself looks ready for refurbishment but perfectly adequate for what we paid. We enjoyed the fantastic sea and mountain views from our windows. We booked this holiday in March for occupation in December so we do not understand how they came to accommodate us on the first floor of the four floor building, the noisiest part. We drew attention to the fact and they let us have rooms on the second floor which was just a little better. The food was adequate and plentiful. Water was supplied for breakfast but not for supper. We had to bring our own bottled water. In the spa areas, wonderful service was provided by Sesemm and her colleagues.

The sound of music playing in the patios every night between 2200 and 0100 was a bit upsetting. We were told by people in the upper floors that they could not hear anything. Sounds like the place to aim for next time. Itemised receipts were never given which made it somewhat difficult to query entries.
