Cons:Car was 1/2 full of gas at pickup. I notified Alamo 800 number and at drop off. I was assured this would be corrected (I also returned with 1/2 full tank). Sadly, I was charged for not returning full anyway. Alamo customer service isn’t poor and disorganized. Very difficult to reach a live person who can complete the requested task. Fight through the answering system only to get passed on or told the issue is covered (when I see now on my statement, it was not corrected)Reviewed 2020 Aug 07
