The breakfast is expensive
Good value good location
Wont go back
The hot tub was ok at best
Staff was rude, service at “restaurant “ was poor, quality of food was poor, beds were horrible, room was dirty with trash under the bed and chairs, pool was over chlorinated, “game” room had games that were broken and front desk had no quarters.
Location is close to major highways.
This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeked. Female and male hair in the bed, in the shower, on the floors. Toothpaste stains on the faucet from the last person that cud easily have been wiped away which shows it wasn’t cleaned.
The hotel was disgusting. The carpets were stained. The bathroom had mold. The walls had marks all over them. It looked like no one had cleaned them in a very long time.
The bed was pretty comfortable
The layout of the hotel is extremely weird. Carpeting was dingy.
Convenient location, but never going back here. Complete waste of money. We were going there for the pool, which my girls refused to use based on the cleanliness and huge crowd.
The bathroom was filthy and infested with bugs coming through the tiles in the floor. The pool was so packed and was extremely noisy in our interior room. Very disappointed.
Great Location, Service, Facilities
My wife and I stayed with our 3-month old baby one night in the middle of a long road trip. Location is excellent- close to the airport and many restaurants (and Tesla Supercharger, the reason we chose this hotel). Everything was clean and quiet. Favorite part? The shuttle driver was friendly, and dropped us off at our the Tesla Supercharger where I'd plugged in our car earlier that morning before check out. I anticipate we'll take a similar route for this trip and look forward to staying again.
Worst hotel stay
What a joke of a hotel. Horrible service. Horrible stay. We'll never go back.
An inattentive staff, filthy shower, no fitted sheet on bed, food on floor.
Very friendly staff.
Clogged shower drain that couldn't be repaired. Nothing like standing in dirty water when you're trying to shave your legs after a weekend of camping....
Too long a walk from the reception to the tower
