Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, often mentioning its proximity to the beach, city center, or airport. Cleanliness is another highlight, with many guests describing rooms and common areas as spotless and well-maintained. The pool and leisure facilities are frequently appreciated, especially the private beach and spa amenities. However, opinions on service are mixed: while some staff are described as friendly and helpful, others are noted as unresponsive or unfriendly. Breakfast and food policies receive neutral feedback, with some guests finding breakfast enjoyable but overpriced, and many expressing frustration with strict rules against bringing outside food and drinks. Overall, the positives of location, cleanliness, and amenities stand out most.AI-Generated from customer reviews
