The comfort of the bed and pillows. It was a very good night sleep, both nights.

My room was reserved and prepaid. When we arrived, we were told the hotel was sold out and they were trying to upgrade us, we possibly would have to go somewhere else. After a little over an hour wait, at 130 in the morning, we were told, ok your room is ready. No rooms when we arrived, an hour later, here's a room. It also had real dirty hand towels hanging in the bathroom. Very limited parking and very small parking spots.

A good deal.

It was cheap, clean, in a good area, and felt safe. It was a pretty straightforward experience, which is what I always want from these cheap places. No surprises. Wifi works fine.

The included breakfast wasn't great. Don't expect much there. I didn't and it wasn't a deal breaker. They had bagels and orange juice and small, cheap sausage biscuits. Everything was individually wrapped, which I liked. The TVs in the room are old tube TVs. It didn't bother me but I saw some reviews complaining so I guess people care. I wasn't staying there for the luxury. It was good enough to watch a movie on HBO on one of my slower, relaxing nights. Otherwise I was streaming Netflix on my iPad through their wifi and it worked just fine.

The room smelled like mint and cat spray. I had trouble with the online Kayak service. I originally booked a two queen bed room and when I got to my confirmation page, after paying, it confirmed a one bed suite. since there was a no return policy I was stuck with it the local hotel would not swap for the room I wanted and I had booked about 8 minutes before contacting them. Kayak did a very good job in trying to resolve the issue but the final alternative was to cancel my reservation and try to get my money back from the website because it was their error. no thanks. anyway, it was not a bad place to stay but the process could have gone better.
