No soap no shampoo broken clock torn curtains busted shower head and handicapped room wasn't handicapped and that's illegal. Surprised me with a twenty dollar charge for parking that had not been mentioned online. Go there only if necessary.
The pillows were absolutely horrible, the were clean, but just entirely too soft. I'm not one to complain, but I've stayed in many different hotels and never had such a restless night because the pillow would wrap clean around your head, all four of them. Also the hint of cigarette smoke lingered in the hallway.
Staff was friendly, shuttle service was extremely convenient, room was spacious, noise level wasn't bad at all, breakfast was plentiful and filling, check-in/out was quick and easy.
The construction next door did block off certain sidewalks.
