The place itself is nice, the food and the room also ok

they did not clean the room during my stay (I stayed 6 nights)

Location is great -- quiet neighborhood, but close to metro and bus. For the price, it is wonderful but not a luxury hotel. Basic accomodation, with fantastic breakfast buffet included, easy access to the city and all touristic sites. Very efficient front desk staff who speak English. Wired internet access is free in the room, but you need to have your own cable. There are also a couple of terminals in the lobby. These are frequently busy in the evening.

This is a university residence, so it is basic accomodation. Families might not find the milieu ideal. Minimal sound-proofing, so occasionally loud talking from the hallways. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of basic foods for almost all tastes, but it is a cafeteria serving many residents so the offerings are not gourmet. I think the only complaint we might make is that there is not much fresh fruit on offer (only oranges the days we were there). But there are many markets and restaurants a short metro or bus ride away. We did not find any restaurants or food markets within easy walking distance.
