very nice and quite near to the transports for the city centre that takes only 5 minutes.
I liked the fact that there were only two of us in this big room so we got to choose to sleep where ever we wanted.
At first it was kind of hard to find the rooms, the staff didn't explain it very well.
kindess of people and the lovely quiet place
good location and clean bathroom. The bed is bigger than those at other hostels. And the staff is quite helpful.
Great staff, interesting fellow travellers, clean facilities (shared bathrooms OK)
Women might be surprised to find themselves sharing with men.
great communication with city centre, clean rooms, helpful staff, very good price:) Hostel is located in a complex of loft buildings offering many sport and cultural activities. And of course - mobility card - free use of public transport in the city.
the only disadvantage for us was a noisy tram line and a tram stop next to the window (trams operating from 5 a.m. till midnight). But - thanks to this tram line we had a perfect connection to the most interesting city attractions.
Free Wifi, staff helpful (although other issues - see below). Included city travel was cool, location good (when you know where it is and how to get there.)
Reception not manned all day, so when we arrived to leave our luggage, no one was home and we wasted about 4 hours. Only 2 bathrooms on our floor and very long wait. Bathroom floor soaked after first shower. No wash basin in room.
Easy to find, convenient for the SBB and part of an excellent interesting conversion of an old factory site
Not a v. quiet place to stay as it is close to a tram stop.
Location is the best point. It is not in the city centre, but it is near good transport services (train station, bus stop, tram stop), in a nice, quiet, residential neighbourhood, with shops and places to eat out.
I think the overall staying impression would be better if toilets and showers were better. They are not dirty, but doors and toilet flushers are old and it is cold there. Also, I would suggest management to have available an emergency number to call after reception is closed. There may be a problem such as the door keys are not working well and guests cannot get in unless they start shouting to others who are in to open the door.
