The staff was all very friendly and welcoming.
The food was not good. The breakfast buffet was cold, out of several items. In Room dining menu had items on the menu that weren't available in the kitchen. The kitchen and bar were closed on Saturday night, 1/28/17 bc "the chef had a personal emergency". That sounds like a missed opportunity for revenue as well as services to the guests.
Arrived late. Front Desk Clerk on a personal phone call. Waited 15 Minutes to be checked-in. Room felt cramped, weird layout. Sheets didn't fit the bed had to fix it throughout the night. Room service came early while we were still n the room. Asked if they could come back later. When we returned at 11:30 pm the room was still untouched. Ran out to toilet paper, had to go the the desk to request fresh towels and coffee. Not at all what I am used to with Hilton properties.
Great, comfortable stay
The staff was super friendly. The room and facility were very clean. Appreciate the effort to be green with the divided trash cans though a liner in the"trash" side would be nice.
Restaurant prices were high for what you get. The pool is very small.
I love the comfort and appearance of the room. Front desk person was very friendly and helpful
Closing of pool was too early for the weekend
Friendly staff, very accommodating
I was pleased with it all
We travelled all over the north east and payed hundreds of dollars on hotels (one was $800 for two nights) this hotel beat all of them in price and luxury! Perfect size safe and BEAUTIFUL rooms. Happiest I've ever been spending money on a room.
