Gorgeous hotel but worst bed and buffet ever!
I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was. Hotel Polynesia is also incredibly nice inside! The decorations and sounds of the running water and wild birds turns it into a paradise.
The beds were so hard, I had trouble sleeping every night. The food quality was also very, very, very poor. I travel all over the world and never have I refused to eat a meal but I did for the buffet dinner and breakfast at Holiday Polynesia.

The hotel staff were great, I had to ask for more towels and cutlery in our room and they were brought within minutes! The childrens entertainer, although out of season and was on the desk at the indoor pool was great with the kids. She painted their faces for halloween. Brilliant, made their day.
Having to pay extra for the Beach Club. To use the pools, water slides etc, it costs 6 euro per adult and 4 euro per child. The hotel room wasn't amazingly clean with things left from the last occupant.

Clean bright hotel. Spacious rooms. Excellent swimming pools. Friendly staff. Excellent food.
que for bar at the pool was very long as there was only one member of staff in attendance

Beach club was very good for the kids although the wave pool closed too early at 3pm.

The entertainment for the children was wonderful and there was a great variety of food
No but please check our rooms roon 202 and 203 as we forgot a large bag in the cupboard that had laundry shoes and makeup in it. As well as an adress book that I had for 15 years
