Food and restaurant service, both excellent.
Incorrect room allocation - other guest in room! Consequently given a room with a poor view on a noisy street.

It was close to the marina of Benalmadena Costa. The marina has some nice restaurants and shops.
The bathrooms had a smell like they were last used in 1970. We thought it would go away after a few days but it didn'T. And they made us pay the entire stay of a week upfront. Of all the staff only the cleaning ladies and only 1 bar tender was friendly. The rest looked like they worked under gunpoint. never again. Most reviews here were too friendly for this hotel.
