Breakfast was fresh, and well organised.
Reception needs to be more friendly. They need to give information on the services the hotel has to offer. Smoking room was requested but it was unacceptable, so needed to bunk in with my other guests.Requested some sort of compensation for being placed in a extremly small room during a very hot period. Loved Blackpool but was disappointed with hotel so, did'ent extend our stay.

I made a really good choice and will stay there again, next time I am in Blackpool. I enjoyed everything about it from the service, the comfort and most of all very cheap. Alos the position of the hotel, right on the front and close to the Hilton Hotel where I was participating in the Great North West Run.
