Getting there and parking are challenging, beds were a bit uncomfortable and, in our room, we could hear the sliding door at the entrance every time it opened and closed.

The proximity to the historic centre and the fact that it is quiet at night.
The "art" scattered around is pretty awful - some very badly drawn life studies in the dining room almost put me off my excellent breakfast.
