Nothing! Worst hotel ever experienced in my life! Just a bunch of liers!
They said they had lifts, they didnt so I had to walk up 4 floors with 3 heavy luggage bags and not one person offered to help as they watched me struggle. there tv blew up I.E. electricity blew in my face. a/c didnt work, toilet didnt work, toilet size was no bigger then a standard double cuboard (and I am not exgerating)!. Receptionist was soooo rude, at one stage he said that he made a 70 year old woman go up 3 floors up without a lift or offering any help. this should not be something the hotel or himself be proud of, moreover he should be ashamed of himself. the location was poor, locally taxi drivers didnt even know. finally locals told us. dont go!
staff very knowledgeable and fluent in English, currently an American lady working there, all friendly and helpful
the bathroom really needed a redo, rest of the room ok. they gave me the wrong advice on when to show up at the pyramids in order to get into the great pyramid (tickets limited to 300 per day) so i missed one of the things i most wanted to do
The location was best for this hostel in the middle of very local Islamic Cairo. The staff and accommodations are very comforting after a long day of venturing throughout the city.
Good location and awesome staff! Decent stay for decent price.
Openness of the 'manager'
TV didn't work, the hotel was difficult to find, solutions were not presented, breakfast was too low key and the coffee horrible.
