doesnt work the safe box, tv and phone; terrible parking area
TV in my room has to be repared, as well as the elevador, I also had to use outsider taxi because the 2 units they have for shuttel were Out of order. But I should say that it esa ok for one night. Their personnel is nice an pro active.
The parking garage is terrible. Good luck getting out.
I booked with this hotel because they had a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I reserved the shuttle two days in advance and was asked to call the hotel when I arrive at the airport. When I called, the hotel answered after 4 unanswered calls. After putting me on hold for a long time the hotel tells me that the shuttle is broken! The hotel is nothing like in the pictures especially the reception. The rooms are not bad.

Pros:We only spent the night because our flight was so early in the morning. It was conveniently located close to the airport. The hotel was clean and the staff was kind and helpful.
Cons:The parking garage was difficult to navigate even in a little sedan.

Pros:We arrived very late and we liked that it was very close to the airport, updated and clean rooms, super nice staff, parking on site.
Pros:The price was great and the staff was awesome. Didn't have any issues their just a couple of things that I wish they fixed.
Cons:Well the wifi doesn't work in the rooms only in the lobby and on the roof. They are working with that issue is what I was told. And one major problem is that It's really close to the airport meaning it's really far from everything, so prepare to spend some extra cash on transportation usually a taxi will charge you 200 and more ( pesos of course) recommended uber just be careful because they don't like each other.
