They didn't have my booking which was paid for. And they moved me to another hotel, which charged me again. NOT HAppy.

Great location in Cape Town
The location was wonderful. It's walking distance from the Waterfront. The staff was friendly and the room was amazing (we paid a little extra for the suite and it was very much worth it!).
We had to get our keys re-coded every other day. We came to realize the hotel was resetting the room code every day, which was very annoying. The cleaning staff would miss things...something different every day.

Very noisy . Window panes are paper thin and air con is a giant box in the wall . Terrible internet , free until 100 mb ? Seriously ? In a wifi connected apple era ! And as slow as dial up . Staff average , very " apathetic attitudes "

Nice rooms. Proffesional and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is near the Waterfront and we could see a bit of the sea from our window. It is also close to the citycenter and during daytime we could walk there.
