I was not impressed with the hotel. The shower did not drain. The lobby toilet was completely clogged. There were breakfast dishes on the fourth floor many hours after breakfast.
I think that having clean facility would make the situation better.
Everything was great
It was a great value for the money. Nothing was outdated, everything was clean. Location was great. Plenty of restaurants around. Convenient to PNC Pavilion and UNCC.
Room was Pleasant and accommodating.
In a good location. I did enjoy the stay. Appreciate it again thank you
WiFi not secure
I had to travel due to a death in the family. Hotel was clean and fine.
The only two issues were one key never worked and even though we were given a WiFi password, but there were no secure options. It was only unsecured. Due to the unexpected nature of why we had to travel I had to do a couple of things for work, but our computers require a secure connection to log on so I had to do my work at my family's home.
Staff Dirty hotel
Very clean, friendly staff, a neat bar area when you walk in that surprised me. Overall, it was a great stay!
When I made the online reservation I gave the wrong date. When we arrived at the hotel they were able to transfer the reservation seamlessly. Much appreciated their helpful attitude!
weekend get away
We stayed for two nights with 4 adults and one young child. While we were there to be out and about we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The staff was the best hotel staff I had met and I have stayed in hotels all over the east coast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was great, the bar area was inviting. It was in a great location not in the middle of everything but just off to the side.
I wish they had a complimentary breakfast instead of the buffet you could pay to eat. We choose to go out and eat and there didn't seem to be too many options fir breakfast. Im sure the breakfast at the hotel was good I just think there should be a complimentary option as well. Also who pays $4 for a bottle of water? The convenient store was a little high priced. $4 for a bottle of smart water you can buy a case of the same water for ten bucks 10 mins down the road.
The staff was very professional and prompt. When I reques towels, they were there in less than 10 minutes. The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable.
Pleasing and comfortable stay.
The hotel is modern and clean. The hospitality of the staff was great. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Though the breakfast is not free, it is really good: sausage, bacon, eggs, grits, fried potatoes, fruit, yogurt, assorted breads and cereals. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who will be in East Charlotte and/or near the University of North Carolina, Charlotte campus.
We had arrived to find out they sold our 2 bed for 1 king, this was not going to work and the manager understood why and she was able to fix their problem in less than 30 mins. Her name was Carolyn and she is a fine manager.
