Rafael who took care of my in the counter was really nice, very informative and helpful. The car was great but the door handles inside the car were a bit dirty. Other than that it was great

One hour wait to pick up car. There were 20-25 people in line to pick up cars. At the most -there were 3 agents staffed up front to help out. Part of the time there were only 2 agents staffed up front. Coffee breaks? It was very frustrating for everyone. Not sure what the issues were but it all seemed poorly run.

Traveling during the Delta Variant rise is challenging, to say the least. Logan airport was a nightmare, with hoards of travelers trying to get on the bus to the Rental car place. Once we got there, there was a HUGE long line at Thrifty. There were several in the line (including the man behind me who would NOT put 6 feet between us) without masks. Once we got to the counter, we could barely understand the gentleman helping us, but he sent us out to the pick up place, where there was confusion and what appeared to be a lack of smaller cars. They asked if anyone would take a 7 passenger mini-van, which we did not need, but we took it to get out of the airport! It proved to be an excellent ride for us, and brought us safely on our travels. The biggest shock was the ease of the return on 83rd Street in Manhattan. We must've been out of there in 10 minutes or less. In balance, all was great, but the beginning was rocky, so we only said Good.

More than 2 hours of waiting in the airport for pickup. More than 30 customers waiting in the line and only one staff. She tried to upsell more than $300 which she did for a larger size car and lots of other things. When I went to the parking, they actually gave me an SUV which was very smaller than what we originally paid for! Drop off in Newyork also more than one hour of waiting.

Take the shuttle from your terminal to the car rental area (they're all in the same place, which is smart). It's quick and easy. Thrifty was super efficient and friendly, had us out of there in 5 minutes. Drop off was just as quick and easy. Excellent experience overall.

It was a little disconcerting (but very fast) that they had only one person working to check in vehicles that were dropped off. So I just left the vehicle without talking to anyone (but also without confirmation of fuel level, and no damage done to the vehicle)

I made our reservation through Priceline. Thrifty and Priceline refuse to work together. I spent hours trying to contact Thrifty to sort out our reservation. When we arrived to pick up our rental the charges were more than $300 than the Priceline quote. The gentleman helping us at Thrifty was very nice and helpful but had to work for about 20 minutes to sort out the pricing. We reserved a luxury vehicle and received a Versa which we was fine with us but we paid luxury pricing. There are errors on our bill including double charged for a $50 toll (we paid for an EZ Pass to avoid toll charges). Drop off is confusing, you just leave your car in a designated space but we were not forewarned we would not need to interact with a human which made us uneasy. We were charged for an additional hour which is an error.

Car had good fuel economy.The car was dirty when we picked it up. There were crumbs and debris all over the dash. We could live with that. The worst was drop-off. We dropped off after hours, but didn't realize it would be when we picked the time. There were basically no instructions so we called Thrifty. The support person just read a script and hung up on us. Super stressful and something that should have been explained at pickup.
