Friendly and helpful staff.
Awful rooms in the attic. Shouldn't have converted attic into rooms and never notify customers of the uncomfortable situation.
A very small single room, which somehow managed to have all the necessary facilities in it, including tea and coffee! V convenient location and perfect for a single traveller on a short stay in Chester.
A very very small bathroom, where it was necessary to keep the door closed to stop the smoke alarm going off (I was told). There was Karaoke going on late into Saturday night which may have disturbed some people if their rooms had been above.
I am sorry to say, this was probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in
Nice reception are, dining area nd bar, also a lounge too. Cooked breakfast very good.
Would have been nice to have aduvet on my bed very cold at night, just a sheet and blanket.
