Outdated and crowded
Breakfast was good. There were a variety of options to eat every day. The staff is friendly and the room is big with good hot shower.
The elevator is slow. The express elevator was crowded with loud Chinese people. It took almost 15 minutes to take the elevator down for checkout.
Excellent value for the price. The hotel caters for all tastes and the service is impeccable.
Imperial Mae Ping is perfectly situated close to the night bazaar but far enough away not to be caught up in the traffic and noise.
Airconditioning was difficult to regulate.
The swimming pools were great, breakfast was superb with selection and variety of free fruits and overall the facilities were clean. Location was excellent, could walk pretty much everywhere.
Prices at the spa and restaurants are far above the regular thai standards but that is OK as there are tens of options in the neighbourhoods. Same goes for internet and laundry, which were priced as in Europe but luckily, there were several cheaper options available at the neighbourhood.
i did not like the hotel, the staff were unprofissional, and hardly speaks english, no experiance in hotel managment althou the hotel is very old
the hotel is old, furniture is very old, staff don't spaek english well, to hard to communicate with operator or room service.
The location is very good and the restaurant/bar next door serves delicious food!
The hotel is quite old and is in need of renovation.
Your staff, Breakfast choice and quality and the pools. Oh, superb beds!
Room furniture a little old and poor quality. Bathrooms very basic (bath & shower especially with grouting between the tiles blackened with mould.
High quality rooms and friendly and helpful staff make for a great product! We had a great stay.
Location is very go od the night bazar is only 5 minutes walk far , and there are alot of bars resturants and tour services arround place.
We hope they change the tv and add more tv Chanels
curtain & carpet is old and dirty.
