We really liked the location of this hotel. Was an easy walk to area attractions. Hotel has a nice corner resturant with great views.
We thought the hotel room its self wasnt as clean as it should be. We had stained bath towels and no wash clothes upon arrival. We stayed two nights and even after the second day when coming back into the room we again had stained bath towels. We also thought the room was no as quiet as we wohld expect as we could hear everything going on on the room next to us and across the hall.

About my stay
Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.
On my last day there I was sitting on one of the couches on the first floor and an older white male screamed at me and said “ GET YOUR FEET OFF THE COUCH THIS IS AN OFFICE NOT A HOTEL” I understand that it’s an office but there was no need to scream at me. He was very rude overall.

Beware their idea of a standard room is a sleeper

Paid for standard room and was told that's a sleeper couch in a room that is really the living room for a suite. Room also smelled like cat urine, couldn't stay there, booked a room at Hotel Intercontinental on Michigan Ave and was treated to a nice room and free breakfast.
