The staff were friendly and efficient. Restaurant and bars excellent.
Outdoor areas, especially pool area and pool lounges, could do with a clean. Was advised only place I could smoke was at the bar - not a bar person. I always get a non-smoking room as they usually smell of previous occupants smoking (not an inside smoker myself) but would have been nice to be able to smoke on the balcony.

The hotel did not has its own private beach, but its only 100 bat for a chair no big deal 3 USD, No beach Bar !!! But close by the twin palms beach bar
