Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location near the beach, friendly and helpful staff, enjoyable breakfast options, and the popular pool and lazy river area, especially for families and children. Many reviews highlight the convenience of being close to shops and restaurants and the overall welcoming atmosphere. However, several guests noted issues with room cleanliness, outdated facilities, and occasional maintenance problems, such as humidity, mold, and worn-out furnishings. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, particularly the amenities and service, stood out for most visitors.AI-Generated from customer reviews
