Pros (+) The staff at this hotel does make a long business stay very pleasant. From the morning breakfast staff, to the front desk, to the folks in the bar/restaurant in the evening, you are made to feel welcome and at home.
Cons (-) If I had to say anything it'd be the comfort of the furniture in the mini-suite. Just your normal commercial seating. Bed slept great, though.
