Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which made their stays enjoyable. The breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating the variety while others noted it was basic or not to their taste. Cleanliness was generally satisfactory, though a few guests mentioned issues such as off-smells or pests. Bed comfort was a recurring concern, with several guests finding the mattresses too hard or uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel was seen as a good value, especially for its location and service, but could improve in comfort and breakfast quality.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Staff very kind, they allowed us to do a late check-out at no extra charge. Kids enjoyed indoor pool. Breakfast was above average. Room is spacious, very comfy.
Cons (-) Bathroom needed cleaning. Found hairs in the shower, and toilet was not properly cleaned.
Pros (+) Staff was great, room was nice and new. There were some issues with the cleanliness if the towels and linens but staff was quick to try and resolve the issue
Cons (-) Hairs in the towels and sheets. The bed wasn't the softness but I know bed preference varies, greatly.
Pros (+) Comfortable and big! Would stay here again
