Lobby
No parking- closest covered 2 blocks away. No valet during week. Front Door old and heavy so hard getting luggage in and out. No tubs. Walls very thin-could hear neighboring tv all night

parking situation is horrible. first night there was no valet, we had to park 2 blocks away from hotel. next day there was valet, however it took almost 45 min to get someone to park the car. same situation with check out and retrieving our car to leave

It looked nice in the lobby.
Everything. We left a day early. It was downright terrible. No parking, the front desk people trolled us twice, no toilet paper in the room, no door on the shower, and no coffee maker. What a joke.

The hotel in general is very nice
The only thing that i would say i didn't like was that upon walking into the hotel it seemed like no one at the front desk wanted to help us and when they did it seemed forced going into the room i looked around found a chip and fake lashes.
