While checking in to hotel, stood 15+ minutes while two Reception clerks doing one checkin. Got room where microwave not working. Clothes iron not working. No response from Front Desk who simply don't pick up their phone or hang up as soon as they pick receiver. At the time for breakfast, staff extremely rude turned off lights and TV while we were having food claiming its 9am now. Will never ever stay at a Windham hotel. Checked out after first night and checked in to a Best Western with superb service.

Flying out of Love Field?
Cheap place to stay before an early flight. Pizza Hut delivers to your room. Very close to Love and only 30 minutes or so from DFW airport.
Breakfast is low quality. No meat. Big strip club billboard over the pool. Hallway, plumbing and hallway noisy.

Smell, air conditioning wasn't the greatest, was still warm even with air at 66 degrees.

Convenient. Good bed. Decent breakfast.
Way overdue for a refit. This poor old hotel seemed a bit rundown. I overheard that it is scheduled for remodeling, but I will never find out.

This place is a lying trash heap
They advertise a hotel shuttle and don’t have one. Customer cars have been broken into or placed on blocks and had the wheels stolen right in front of the lobby. Looks like a junkyard. They had to throw a drug dealer out of the lobby. Drug dealing went on ALL night out back in full view of customers and staff
