Decent for the money
Excellent location, good character
bed not very comfortable, bathroom not very updated, couldn't control hot and cold in the shower
Nice location for a walking tour of Dublin.
Location is very central to the City Center. It allows an easy walk to most of the main tourist sites in the area. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The attached restaurant is good.
The rooms are rather small and there is a lot of mechanical noise from equipment in the alley behind and next to the building. The walls are very thin so you hear a lot from the adjoining rooms, particularly when someone has come back late from the pubs and is rather boisterous.
Amazing staff
The staff were most helpful and went the extra mile when I couldn't get the printer to work to print my boarding pass. It was a fake out because it looks like it is coin operated but it all goes on your credit card. Posted information would have been nice. Great location.
The two nights we were there a band was playing loudly in the bar. We were on the top floor and could still hear the them most clearly. The beds were pretty hard. The shower was a problem. The head wouldn't stay up but would ship to the bottom of the post it was on. That made it waist high on me. The temperature and volume on the shower came and went in spits and spurts.
Great location, great staff
I loved the location, I was able to get to see everything I intended to. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was charming. I utilized the wifi and never had any problems. They had entertainment and food available on premises which is very convienent. I would stay there again.
The music/dancing/dinner show in the evening was fantastic but a little over my budget. And my seat wasn't very good to see much of the show.
It has a good atmosphere and is is ideally located.
Poor views from most rooms.
Comfortable,Warm , Desk Staff excellent, Dining Room All staff Excellent but a Special mention for Carmel who always has a welcoming smile and can't do enough for you ****
barpub below with live music everyday is fun
room is very simple, water (cold/warm) was not good to wash .
Good location for our needs ( site seeing in and around the City; easy to walk to nite spots; felt safe and secure; lots of pubs and restaurants nearby), staff always helpful, noisy late at night - not a problem to us - transport to and from airport readily available from the hotel or public close at hand.
No complaints
Rooms were of good size, very clean and even though in a lively area of Dublin near many nightclubs they were very well insulated and quiet.
Nothing. It was a good experience all round
The location, the staff (Mags and Liz!), the BIB bathroom and the large size of our triple room.
The beds and pillows were not especially comfortable. The food could have been better......
Ground floor bar and entertainment. Great breakfast. Excellant location for visiting Dublin
Location
Being downtown it was a little noisy.
Very good value - large room with super-king size bed & freshly-cooked breakfast. Very helpful staff, both at recpetion & in restaurant. Excellent live music each evening, especially Gypsy Lacey (Monday nights). Good value coffees & wines.
Presentation of the main courses served at the Show Dinner could be improved - trio of starters & trio of sweets were much better.
Freindly hotel staff, spaciousness and comfort of the room, general atmosphere and ambient, central location, night entertainment.
