I was made very welcolm had nice comfy room good location and very good value for money
nothing i was very pleased with the place
Very good location, I actually liked the fact nobody was sitting on reception waiting for you to arrive, just simple no fuss room and stay.
The WiFi took a while to connect at first, but once connected was fine.
Room was freezing cold as heating did not work in the evening and during the night. Also, no hot water in the shower.
Very good location and friendly staff.
very convenient location for visiting the city centre sites with on site parking a bus stops close by. clean room with comfy beds
we stayed in one of the basement rooms, where the fire exit signs directed us to the only fire escape door on that floor, which was bolted with old mattresses stacked infront of it
cleanness, breakfast was rubbish and sometimes no milk, etc. rooms not cleaned the whole week i stayed there, we run out of toilet tissue,
This was possibly the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. We arrived to a flooded room which was being dried out with a storage heater leaving a pungent aroma throughout the basement floor. We were not offered any discount price or compensation.
Several niggly things in room were annoying - very weak shower, faulty plug, poor TV reception, drawers placed so they couldnt be opened. Breakfast selection limited and less than average quality
I did not want to stay as it was dirty, no clean towels, no pilloe cases. bad service. by far the worst place i have ever stayed in. i will be contacting the trading standards. i did not want to stay or pay however they told me as i did not cancel within 3 days i would be charged.
Owner were good.
Shower power wasn't strong enough.
