Cons: They canceled my booking 2 hours before pick up

The service is terrible

Cons: No one came to pick us up, and we tried to call him but no one answered, we waited over one hour , then we have to rent the car by ourselves, we spent more money and wasted our time.We felt very angry for this issue.

EXECUTIVE CAR RENTAL CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AND DIDN'T TELL ME

Pros: I liked them when I rented in Detroit which is why I decided to use them. Never Again!

Cons: After arriving at the car rental center in Miami, there are no signs for Executive, no indication as to where the shuttles come and no information, I had to call to get a stop# and was advised by their automated system what to do. After waiting for a half hour which is more than enough time for a shuttle to arrive, I called again and got a live person who said my rental was cancelled and was sorry they didn't tell me. Really? You couldn't call me or email me or text me? Good thing I was able to get another reservation with Green Motion. Their reviews are bad but I was happy with the rate and the service. It seems like they charge you for add ons at the counter but overall, you get a gas efficient car for around the same price as the others are renting for. And they drove me to my lunch spot!

Be Wary of Cheap Prices

Pros: There wasn't a line when I picked up the car so it was a lot quicker than other places. Granted, it was New Year Eve so everywhere was pretty busy. I should have known this place wasn't busy for a reason.

Cons: The car wasn't super reliable and had the tire pressure light come on when I was driving. In addition, they don't take credit card coverage so I had to pay $29 extra per day for insurance. It's about 1.0 mile from the airport building and not very convenient.

The worst

Pros: Worst car rental company I have ever booked.

Cons: They were unprofessional and never picked us up at the airport. We waited over 1 hour for them to pick us up. We finally had to Uber out of the airport.

Misleading Advertisement

Pros: Car was ok. Won’t recommend this company.

Cons: They don’t allow a your credit card insurance coverage or even a basic insurance coverage. You are forced to pay their coverage (29usd a day) and daily toll ($9). So final price was more expensive than other companies. MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT!! Office outside the airport, you have to commute to get the car which makes it tough to return for other options when you find out the final price they will charge you.

Cons: doesn't answer phone for airport shuttle pickup doesnt accept credit card insurance-charges $30/day I ended up cancelling the reservation after wasting $17 taking a taxi from the airport to the rental store as executive doesn't answer their phone ripoff

Rental office was closed

Cons: I had a rental scheduled for 10am, when my husband and I arrived at 9:55am the place was closed. No one was picking up the phone. We waited for about half an hour and no one ever came. At 12:38pm we get a call from a guy asking if we were gna pick up the rental. When I told him what happened his only response was, “so you want to cancel?” No apology, no attempt of making it up or anything. AWFUL in every way.

Cons: The vehicle was not clean, when I got still had trash inside. It took more than 2 weeks for them to refund my $250 deposit.

rude service at pickup and drop off

Cons: they accused me of damage on the car without looking at notes in computer

Scammers

Pros: They wanted a $2000 deposit for Florida residents!! I ended up booking with another rental place down the street.
