Location was good A good place for a good nights sleep

Our 2 night stay at the hotel was very nice. Satff were very accomodating especially Nicole who directed us to where we wanted to go. Breakfast is very good for the price I paid. With the experience we had, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
It's just the smell of smoke in the lobby. If they can just isolate the smoking area, I think it would benifit everybody.

Excellent value for money. I stayed there for one night and for 30€ per night with breakfast is absolutely perfect. Well located, right on center of city of Fátima, with a 10 minute walk from Sanctuary, in a calm zone of the busy city. The breakfast was ok, all the normal things and with some variety. The room was big with a big bathroom too. Also had TV, air conditioned and a closet with a safe. Also enjoyed the balcony on the room. For 30€ per night, this hotel is an excellent choice for your stay in Fátima.

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and the water quality excellent, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. This was a great hotel to use as a base for exploring nearby Tomar and Batalha.

“Very nice staff.”
“The receptionist (blond lady) at the counter was not nice at all. We knew there were rooms left because booking was giving us the option to book a room through the app. However we were unsure of our trip schedule so we didn’t book right away. Battery died so we weren’t able to book a room but still went to the hotel to book a room directly with the hotel. The lady says she has no rooms left, weird the app just told us there were about 4 left. We explained, says we must absolutely book through the app, ok charge phone book a room. She gives us a handicap room, and instead of a queen bed, she gives us a room with like a weird line in the middle of the bed, very uncomfortable and keeps claiming this is the only room left. Otjer than that the rooms were very clean, and spacious.”
“The reception was very clean and pleasing. Decoration was nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was varied enough. We decided to stay an extra night.”
