Bed was clean
A homeless man slept behind a trash bin about 15-20 feet from our room. He came up to us and asked we dont call the cops which we agreed not to and he went back to sleep. Another couple was parked all night in a jeep by the trash bin as well. Stay closer to downtown. There are many better options
Clean room, comfortable beds, included facilities in the room
No bathtub, breakfast was too basic.
Decent room for the price.
The motel is located next to a country and western honky tonk saloon that gets busy and is open late.
This hotel was updated in 2013, so the rooms are newer and facilities in room better than expected.
Door seal lets in colder air, but heater is good so it was fine
I liked the nice clean room. The price was good.
Trains going by all night. Noise from the club next door until 1 or 2 am. Staff called to tell us we needed to leave at 11. Staff looked in window because the blinds were open. It was juat strange. Our door didnt shut all the way and there was a crack around the door.
Worst Customer Service in the US after 6 weeks
The staff were very rude, aggressive, and accusational. They wouldn't refill the coffee within 25 mins of the breakfast closing. The continental breakfast, consists of stale cereal and bread, dry muffins and 2 juices - really terrible. The pool was filthy and useable. We put a do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaner still walked in. One of the worst experiences I have ever had in any accommodation across the world!
It was a good, central location for all of our travel destinations throughout the surrounding area.
Breakfast was very limited with only cereal, toast and muffins. There was no proteins or fruit available. Trains tracks next door were loud at night.
Smelly, run down, loud until 2 am
Wi-fi and ease of checking in and out.
Run down facility (drafts, rusted and crumbling stairs, and so on). Scratchy sheets. Room smelled bad. LOUD live music blasting until 2 am from the venue next door, could hear all the music and the words through shut Windows. Would never choose to stay there again.
Rude customer service
Unit has mini fridge microwave towels hot water 2 queen beds spacious room
One bed had bed bug n was troubling in the night. Complained to hotel reception who was courteous initially saying they would inspect n give a replacement only if they found one. Lucky for them bed bugs don't come out in the day n is hard to deduct. So when I called up later to inspect receptionist spoke rudely accusing me for trying to cancel the reservation with lies of bed bug. Spent $180 for 2 nights with free bed bug bites n worst customer service
Won't stay there again
Drove 6 hours to get there, sink didn't drain, heater didn't work and it was 18 degrees out, and no hot water in shower
clean and comfortable
Room was clean. Nice furniture. Staff was friendly. Great location
Only negative was the train that goes by every 15 min- an hour. Wasn't too loud.
Great, freshly remodeled room with everything we n
Room was great, plenty of large fluffy pillows. Comfy bed, big TV. It was a surprisingly nice room for the money. The cost was in part low because of close proximity to the railroad lines, but this did not bother us. The hotel is on the old route 66 and very close to excellent restaurants including the best Mexican place in Flagstaff
