Pros: We eventually made it to Nairobi!

Cons: Expensive nightmare. Sudden flight cancellation at the last minute. No assistance to rebook international departure. Poor communication. Cost hundreds of euros to rebook and many hours of stress and phone calls. To this day, SAX has not sent even acknowledgement of delay to help with insurance.

Terrible

Pros: Boarding was easy and quick.

Cons: Two out of my two flights with them were cancelled within two weeks of my trip even though I was never notified. Spent a lot of money on a cab just to find out I didn't have a flight that day. The lady at the front desk claimed she didn't have any contact information even though all of my information was printed clearly on the boarding pass.

Pros: The people try their best

Cons: The plane to Entebe was old and rickety. I wondered if I'll reach my destination. May be am just comparing... but it was a shocker for me.
