Worth it for the money
Pros: The flight was on time or once even 15 minutes before the scheduled time 50$ from Nairobi to Mombasa

Pros: Simple checkin. In-flight service was also good. Crews were responsible.

will not book fly540 again
Pros: My fly540 flights both from Juba to Nairobi as well as back again were delayed by 1 and 2 hours. The departure terminal of fly540 is separate from the rest of the airport, making transfer of passengers and luggage between 540 and other airlines extremely complicated aqnd time consuming. Luckily both I and my luggage made it all the way back to Juba. I will certainly not book fly540 again and instead of for the slightly more expensive but much more time saving and comfortable Kenya airways next time.
