The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable, the restaurant and staff are first rate. Very convenient to the exhibition hall.

the location of the hotel was convenient for shopping.
I selected the Superior suite, to my suprise I ended up in the basement of the hotel right across from the fitness and sauna area. Also on my floor was the service room, so there was people coming and going out of this room. The carpet also seemed to have spots on the floor

The location of the hotel is very convenient for me during the Frankfurt Book Fair. Its only 5 minutes walk.
The staircase at the entrance door... and that there is no one to assist us with our luggages when we arrived.

The staff were great; always happy to help. Breakfast was provided even though it was after 10am. Late check out, no problem. The rooms were comfortable and the location was perfect, 5 mins walk to the main shopping precinct, 2 mins to the Station and 10 mins to the river.
We left our room at 2pm with the sign "please clean room" but the cleaner had already gone for the day so we didnt have clean towels nor a tidy room. Also, the set up for the shower is weird! Dont stay here if you are with family / or a new partner as you can see your room-mate in the shower. no privacy, no intimacy. luckly I was with my girlfriend but if I was with my sister on a family holiday it would have been weird!!!
