    The service was generally good whilst one or two individuals gave excellent service. The modern design of the hotel is striking and will stimulate many people. The gardens are beautiful. In short, all the facilities aim to be top rate.

    The actual delivery sometimes falls short. The hotel advertises excellence; excellent restaurant; spa, etc. But the restaurant is not excellent and the spa failed to open promptly at the advertised 7.00 on three of the fort times we used it; whilst the jacuzzi wasn't working properly during the entire stay.

    It is a lovely and peaceful hotel, yet in a central location, set amongst beautiful gardens. The staff are very friendly without being obtrusive, and the facilities are very good. We were upgraded and had a super room, with a huge bathroom.
