Outstanding Executive Lounge!
Excellent Service in Executive Lounge. I find their Staff like Mark and Allan very helpful in solving my flight booking problem with China Southern Airlines.
Some telephone operators attending to At Your Service are quite bad in understanding English terms like In Door Safety Deposit Box and TV Remote Control Unit.

there is small shopping area so you can find what you need like supermarket ,starbucks,beakry ATM ,macdunalds.
Long time for cheack in and cheak out and the resaption very busy .and abit pricy

The way the staff attended to any querry, was good. They attend everyone well, I liked that.
They should take any telephone call very seriously.

The buffet is excellent (second floor), very big hotel with a lot of shops, free internet, pool and gymn included.
The room was a little bit small for a marriot

The Hotel was 5 star and staff were trained well. Food was excellent and Prime steakhouse was very good. All facilities were 5 star and this is rare in many parts of China.
The shopping precinct attached to the Hotel was also very 5 star and perhaps some cheaper shopping options nearby would be benificial.
