Pros (+) The staff were so friendly and helpful. I was able to book travel through them, get tips on things to do and where to find particular treats in the city. The tours were all well planned, great guides, and inluded extras such as snacks, opportunities for showers, and great guides (and trip companions')
Cons (-) It was a bit noisy some evenings due to the bar next door, but quieted down between 10 and11 so wasn't too bad.
