Filthy, falling apart, rusty, moldy, smelly, awful
Donuts for breakfast, big tv
Everything. Smells like cat pee, the room next door’s ceiling caved in and was laying on the balcony, the kiddie pool was drained and full of leaves, the lights at the stairs were burned out, our door was propped open when we checked in, the grass was long, only about 4 chairs at the pool, our keycard was disabled because we were “leaving soon”, freezer desperately needed defrosted, sink had no stopper, bathroom lights were burned out. Overall, a very miserable property.
Place to sleep
Location is walking distance to Life Center. The bed was okay.
It’s an older hotel that they have tried to upgrade. Shower needs upgrading. Basics in the hotel, thus if you just need a place to sleep- this fits.
The rooms were nice and comfortable.
There was a lot of construction going on, but the crew was very polite. The hallway smelled like cat pee when we first showed up.
Photos and Reviews lied..worst stay ever
Where do I start? The original charge was doubled on Weekend. I received my original rate ONLY the first night. There was no printer available to print off my confirmation sheet but I had a photo on my phone. Staff refused to accept anything but a paper copy that indicated the rates were to be for the entire weekend. Once at the room, which was at the back of the hotel complex, my child and I found what appeared to be efficiency apartments below us. The group gathered outside was a bit scary and stared at us as we unloaded our luggage. No smoking room had stains on carpets and sheets with ashtrays. No phone, phone book or internet. no towels, curtains were broken and hanging off the rod. No toilet paper. The room overlooking the pool...well...you could no taccess the balcony due to a broken saftey bar. The pool was closed due to health issues. The bed I slept in had a spring poking to the top of the "queen mattress". The entire night the party beside us argued and slammed doors. At 3 am I would need to load my child and drive to teh front office to report the issues. Breakfast... well... there was absolutely nothing but carbs. No peanut butter packet or fruit. Cereal and waffles and doughnuts. I AM A DIABETIC. I do not require a special meal but a tablespoon of peanut butter was all I needed. A very rude non English speaking man mumbled he could no help me..... I get older.... I do not get rude For an additional 80.00 we stayed down the road for the next 2 nights. With all of the items the hotel had advertised and not provided.
Stay was great
Breakfast was great, balcony view was amazing, and pool will come bac when it opens
A bit outdated some things were broken should be updated
The House Keeping Staff Rocks !!
The best part of our trip was meeting the house keeping staff !! They were so very kind and outgoing. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Especially Bonnie and her Mother they were so kind .
I did not like the fact that the pool was not the cleanest, and the small kiddie pool was not usable ( no Water in it).
I liked the continental breakfast.
I didn't like the fact that they left half bottles of shampoo and conditioners instead of replacing them with full bottles.
The rooms and bathroom were extremely clean. It was easy to find. Parking was ample. Fantastic value for the price. We will be staying again next year for sure. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
There was nothing that I didnt like. The breakfast area can get a little congested so we just took our breakfast to the room, which was even better. Nothing negative about this place.
I canceled my trip so I did not stay there.
location staff quickly responded to TV remote prob
no hot water for shower problems with TV remoteture never cooled to comfortable level room tempera
Proximity to Hershey Park.
The rooms smelled and were dirty.
Facility somewhat run down. Thorough cleaning and paint job in lobby (especially ceilings) would help tremendously, and shouldn't be too costly.
