    We never found the remote and it took the hot water atleast 12-15 mins to warm up. l

    Not much

    First of all we had to be moved to a new room. Our first room has cigarette buts at the window in the room. Cigarette burns in the bed. And this was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Second room we had to listen to a smoke alarm go off all night😭
