I liked the room a lot!! bigger than I expected. and the bathroom was also very nice

I was expecting a kettle with tea (or just a kettle really, to heat up some water to drink). And it took a long time to heat up the room (was quite cold when I arrived)

Exceptional, excellent, fantastic experience

Exceptional service, perfect location, comfortable room, and a Hotel that cares about their guests in this crisis. They really made guests feel safe with their Coronavirus rules, regulations and requirements and procedures put in place to ensure safety of all guests. We definitely recommend this Roma Hotel and we will use this hotel again and again. Perfect all round. A massive thanks to all the staff members and a special one to the kind, professional lady who checked us in and upgraded our room free of charge. Thank you so much

Good-sized family room, perfect for...

Hotel was in a great location to hop on the metro (just 2 minutes walk) and explore the city. Also easy to get to the airport on the metro with just one change. Family room was really spacious and perfect for the four of us. Breakfast was continental with some hot food and set up well for social distancing and keeping safe. You just need to book a slot the night before so avoid overcrowding. We actually stayed the week before and then one night before flying to The Azores. Handy bar with a small selection of hot food and a very amiable barman. Good choice of restaurants close by.

May not be a flashy place, but for the second time since August i spent 1 night in this efficiently run and well maintained hotel. Conveniently located close to a M station, half way between airport and visitor's spots. Very good value in these difficult Covid times, where all safety rules seem obeyed without becoming cumbersome. Recommendable!

Room temperature was too hot. Even opening the window temperature barely went down. Bathroom was not properly clean. Bed Matress extremely soft. Poor breakfast. The hotel has to be refurbished urgently.

A good surprise! Although the building looks a bit worn out from the outside, the hotel is great. Our room was big, well equipped, and clean. The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good and several measures were taken to ensure safety in this COVID situation. Definitely recommended.

We spent one night in hotel Roma. It is easily accessible from airport, just a rather short Uber ride. Room is comfortable and quiet, there's everything you need for a short stay. And there's breakfast included which is a bonus.

Coffee in the breakfast wasn't very good but in general it did the job. Otherwise everything was ok.

Too much process for the breakfast, you need to register 24h in advance for the next day so you cannot manage your time in case of delays etc. This is a boring rule, we are not free to do what we want. The location : nothing interesting in this district. Some shops (fast food, pharmacy, coffee) are closed to the hotel. This is not a touristic area. The staff : not friendly at all especially the girl who made the check in with us. Breakfast : very very poor quality. Eggs are dried. Juice is not fresh squeezed one. No lemon team. Nothing except cow milk for your cereals... Bad breakfast to be honest. The hotel : Very large room, but not fancy hotel at all. I'm still trying to understand where are the 3 stars ... It's more like a motel.

The food in the bar was fantastic excellent value for money, the cocktails were really good too. 24 hour reception excellent location for the airport and public transport. Overall a great hotel, would stay again.

Not much to do in the evenings in the area. My room was somewhat noisy at night as I think I was very close to a service door on the floor below. The views from the balconies and windows are not the best.

The noise from guests above me was annoying - footsteps and tap running sounded loud. Also the maids starting clattering in the corridor at 7 am.

Great hotel if you want to stay a little out of the centre. Not too far from the airport. Use an Uber to get from the airport to the hotel or even better, use the metro and its miles cheaper and easier. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The rooms are spacious and clean and the Breakfast meets all the needs, cooked, continental etc. All in all, good value for money.

The big room and balcony - the size of the room and the bathroom was great for the price. It is a huge property even though you can't make that out from outside.

Had booked this hotel as we knew it was near the airport and my young sister had a late night flight to catch back alone. I had enquired 3 times from the front office, reception and check in staff about access to a taxi at 2am in the night and was assured, there was no need to book anything as taxis are always there. As I had a little child, my sister left on her own at 2am, when there was one staff member on duty and no taxi in sight. On enquiring, they were least helpful and asked her to go to the corner to get a cab! My sister was left to call an Uber with no one there to help her - something that bothered me and not her, given I made the booking all the way away from the nicer and historical parts of the town just for support from a decent hotel! It is not just a comfortable bed that matters, but good customer service, in my view. Given they operate like an airport hotel with numerous tour groups coming and going, the staff at this hotel were least friendly and helpful. We travelled 10 days across much of Portugal and this was the only place where the staff couldn't smile, or bother to let you in on their on-site restaurant at 7pm for dinner the night we stayed! The person on duty rushed in the moment we entered and just flatly refused a table, no apology or reference to when we could come back, given we mentioned we were staying over! Disappointing to say the least - I would say, stay elsewhere. Lisbon is way nicer than this part of the town any way!

The place met my expectations - clean, comfy, organized. The bed was comfortable. I slept well without hearing any noise. I left early morning, so I grabbed my breakfast box from the reception. I would recommend the place if you need to be not far from the airport.

The hotel is well located, very close to Roma underground station. Spacious room and bathroom. Pretty good breakfasts.

The hotel already needs renovating. A very negative thing is that the mineral water in the room and glasses are only on the first day. Then there is no mineral water and the glasses are taken away. This is a bit embarrassing. The rooms are poorly muted and you can hear squeaky wardrobes from other rooms. The cleaning of the room was not satisfactory either.

The location was very central and very close to Metro station, so we managed to have a very coursive journey. The personnel was very pronned to help us with any inquiries that we had, they were very, very nice, the food was plenty and for all sorts of requirements and the room was very, very big. We were upgraded from a smaller to a bigger room, so the room was huge. Nicely done!

Needs extensive modernization of rooms and common areas as well as a swifter check-in process. The rooms and our A/C unit look very dated. Beds very soft. There were queues of 6-8 people to check in and one receptionist where each check-in took approximately 10-15 minutes. Not good after a long flight.

The whole staff, from reception, the breakfast room, the dining room, the bar, the gift shop all conducted themselves as if they were working for a 5 star hotel. The service was absolutely amazing. The rooms were really spacious, extremely clean and we loved the attention to detail with the expensive branded shower gel, shampoo and soap in the bathrooms. The whole experience made us feel surrounded by luxury.

Something that is not the fault of the hotel, but guests weren't respectful at all and shouted and laughed very loud as they entered the room and then the noise carried on until 1am / 2 am on both nights we stayed. We love peace and quiet and we were desperate for a rest and a good night sleep. The walls were very thin and we could hear absolutely everything above, below and next to us. The noise did disturb us a lot. The only thing we could possibly suggest would be for the hotel reception to raise their standards on making all guests aware that, for example, after 11pm, everyone should be quiet and respectful of other people who were staying in the hotel.
