Awful.
The lady at the front desk was the ONLY good part of my stay
I went in my room, the light switch didn't work. Only one of the lamps would turn on, there were dead bugs, it STUNK soo bad! Someone's used soap was in the shower, the shower curtain was barely even hanging on and looked disgusting. It was by far the grossest place I've ever stayed.

We went on line to the hotel´s web page and read the Services they offered, in those services it is clearly stated airport shuttle, but guess what, no one showed up to pick me. The shuttle was not available !!! this is unaceptable !!! If a service is offered it has to be honored !!! I called directly to the hotel and the manager told me there was nothing they can do and I had to contact booking.com… I don’t know who is responsible but the taxi cost which were around $60.

cleanliness I found 2 big coocarachos. One day they didn´t make the room. Continental breaffast was very poor.

afternoon and night staff very helpful and understanding of customer needs.
Wi-Fi advertised, but could not log on. And morning staff had no clue as to what password was nor had any interest in finding out.
