Pros: Seat was good and good entertainment options

Cons: I have never before experienced such a complete and utter lack of communication to passengers, while we were delayed for hours and being told nothing - no updates, flight crew was unresponsive and unhelpful and then did nothing to rectify or apologize to customers. Not flying royal air Maroc again

Pros: Baggage handlers went on strike, no communication from anyone at royal air morac before boarding. We sat in the plane for over two hours which is against the law in Morocco. Crew offered no help for compensation for our time and attempted to silence a passenger letting us know of our options.

Cons: Not operate as an airline.

Pros: Flight is cheap comparatively.

Cons: There was long wait after boarding, uncomfortable, no entertainment in long flight, everything is chargeable, even for water they charge a lot. If u buy anything in flight u get currency of different country which is not usable. Very bad service.

Even cattle in transport get treated better than this

Pros: The plane stayed in the air when it was supposed to.

Cons: The airline makes you pay for water - when you're stuck on a four-hour flight, that's simply inhuman. My companion and I weren't seated together, but fortunately it wasn't a full flight and we could be moved around. Everything looks cruddy, dingy and old. Recorded announcements threatened us with dire consequences if we stole the life vests or broke any laws or assaulted the crew. It was a dismal experience (and this was the better of our two flights on Air Asia, the other was awful).

Changing return schedule with last minute service bad service

Cons: Bad service , not friendly and change schedule with last minute. The last time I'll take this plane

I have not taken the flight yet

Pros: I would like to take my flight in time, i wasted all day in the airport yesterday, and the last night they told me that i was not going to fly. Currently i am in the airport and the people in air asia gave diferent information, my flight was at 7:30 am, and it change again at 9:30 am. I am very angry, I will never take another flight with air asia.

Cancelled flight

Cons: My flight was cancelled. I booked it several months in advance and it was cancelled one month before my trip. I had to find a flight elsewhere at nearly double the price or spend all day flying from Sydney to Malaysia then finally to Bali. I would not recommend this airline. It also took several months to get my refund and the only responses I received were from their twitter account.

Pros: On time and tasty prebooked meal.

Cons: Really unfriendly crew, boarding was a mess and the airplane wasn't clean

Be prepared to get ur boarding passes very EARLY!

Pros: The flight attendants were attentive.. Arrived in Sydney an hour early.

Cons: They don't accommodate when you are trying to get some shut eye.. I was told I could not move from seats even though there were so many available around me.

Pros: Best thing about the flight was no one sat next to me in 'Business' Class otherwise the flight would have been a nightmare.

Cons: Almost everything. Mainly though, being ripped off $400 for excess baggage then the bag was lost anyway. Useless people.

Cons: I was charged an extra fee of IDR 409000 in cash at the airport. According to the manager at the time, my payment was refunded and I needed to pay again! Also, I was separated from my mother whom I was travelling at the time when I specifically asked to be seated together. Again, they demanded extra payment for their mistake. Again in cash!! Unbelievable!

Cons: am the parent of a passenger. I wasn't able to track the fkight through a flight tracker app nor the airport site. Not happy about that. The flight couldn't be found.
