Staff was exceedingly friendly. Nice grounds. Our room overlooked pretty gardens. Dinner was very good. Walking distance from town.
Room was small and kind of spartan but clean.
Good location for seeing the town
You can walk to the downtown area in about 10 minutes thru a nice neighborhood. The rooms are nice and large, and they do provide a fan should it be hot. Beds very comfy. Quiet location. They have a pool/spa area with sauna, odd jacuzzi that was a bit cool.
I’m not a fan of old British decor, which you get in spades here, but I can put up with floral carpets, heavy furniture, etc. It’s all part of the UK. The actual facilities are quite well-maintained, parking is good, overall I would recommend and stay here again.
Beautifully appointed, clean, friendly and hospitable hotel. I strongly recommend staying there.
The bed (although enormous) was a little on the hard side.
Loved the family room
We stayed in a family room at the Kingsmill for 1 night in July with our 4-year old and mother-in-law. It was the perfect size with a large bed and 2 bunk beds. Bathroom also had a shower and bathtub, great for the little ones. Staff was super friendly and breakfast delicious. Great choice!
You have to pay for Internet......
I liked the comfort of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff.
I would have liked a bit more variety cfor the dinner menu
leisure facilities. room was gorgeous, loved terrace and french doors, felt very high quality, good breakfast and good times for food and check out
really nice hotel, lovely pool area, nice room and great choice for breakfast
very friendly staff and excellent value for money. well situated for exploring inverness amd surounding area
The location of the hotel is excellent, near the city but in a quiet setting with plenty of parking. The breakfast buffet wonderful although the food could have been hotter.
The rooms need to be updated.
Very attentive staff, friendly.
The room I was in was had the central heating vents outside my window - very noisy, good not leave the window open, ruined the view and spoiled my comfort. I will recommend but I personally would need a different room before agreeing to stay again.
access to spa / pool was good.food excellent
jacuzzi bath in deluxe suite not available!
Size of the bedroom and comfortable bed
Service in the restaurant was a little slow
The staff were very friendly and informative and the food was well prepared and presented
