Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location and friendly, helpful staff as major positives. Many reviewers appreciated the proximity to city attractions and the professionalism of the staff, with several mentioning specific employees by name. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with multiple guests reporting dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and outdated furniture. Some guests also noted issues with amenities such as the elevator and breakfast quality. Overall, while the location and service stand out, improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are needed.AI-Generated from customer reviews
