Great location and very nice rooms! Recently renovated. Comfortable beds and friendly, helpful staff. Laminate flooring over carpet is a huge +++
No trashcan in room. Also, laminate flooring in room could've been cleaner. Refrigerator didn't cool properly. Other than these few complaints, everything else was great.

Under Construction
Hotel is dusty and under major renovation. Room was half way remodeled. I did not know it was under renovation when I booked.

Never again
It’s next to a Dave & Busters
Where do I start.. The front desk couldn’t find my reservation. The entire hotel smelled like a wet dish sponge. R&B Music was blasted during breakfast making it very difficult to enjoy my breakfast and watch the news. There were stains on the carpet, peelings on the walls and ripped shower curtain. They should have completely finished refurbishment before allowing guest to stay. I won’t be back

Egh, it's not the worst...
Off the beaten path so the parking lot was not overly crowded. Water in the shower got hot quick and had good pressure. Wifi wasnt too bad. Not the quickest but it was stable. For the price it's ok.
Hotel is renovating. Construction noise throughout the day. Hotel is non-smoking yet smells of weed. A/C in room was not powerful enough to get the room down to desired temperature. No mini-fridge in room. Not sure if it is like this in every room, but the couch was disgusting. So there was no sitting except on the bed. Pillows suck, my arm is more comfortable. Hotel staff are SLOW!!! Went to front desk to ask for toilet paper. Over an hour later house keeping shows up with the toilet paper as we're leaving the room to check out. Yeah, needed it over an hour ago, thanks red lion. Heater felt as if it was blasting in the corridors. No on demand entertainment so forget about watching any movies. The tissue box was empty when we checked in and still empty when we checked out. And the most irritating part... 3 different times I had to go down to the front desk to have the key cards reprogrammed.
