Pros:All of the staff were very friendly! We had a great time.
Cons:My truck was broken into along with two other cars. The staff was not helpful when dealing with the situation. They have security cameras that are non-operational. I found trash in the bed of my truck every day. There are a lot of cats surrounding the back entrance of the hotel. Maintenance staff proceeded to enter my room with the "please do not disturb" sign on the door even though I had not put a request to fix anything on the room. Although it's location was convenient to NAS JAX, overall stay was unpleasant and uncomfortable.
Pros:Nice cheap and comfy
Pros:The rooms have recently been updated. Our room was clean. The was bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was friendly. They could have used more staff at breakfast on a weekend morning though.Seemed to be a safe quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons:Staff had a hard time keeping breakfast items stocked for the guests.
Pros:Staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast was good.
Cons:A/C took 3 hours to cool the room. It kept cutting off and on all night. I could hear every single car driving down the road. Needs new mattresses.
Pros:Decent bed, nice hot breakfast included.
Cons:Didn't seem to be able to select a 2-bed option on-line, unsure if there were none available or if I was missing something on the website.
