Our bath tub didn’t drain and gross particles backed up in the tub. This kept us from showering. We had to repack and wait in line for a new room. I paid $20+ for their parking garage and my vehicle was broken into via a shattered window. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel! I wish I could get a refund!

Front desk employee was very nice and efficient. The room was dirty. The heater rattled loudly all night. The carpet was dirty. Mattresses were awful. TV was hardly usable. It was dingy and we chose to sleep on top of the sheets with a spare blanket. Paint peeling, ancient lighting. This entire hotel needs a massive overhaul. And there was hardly anyone there but they put us on the 7th floor.

Surprise parking charge per day $21. presented at checkout. 3rd party site I bought through from Kayak overcharged me . $75 above regular hotel rate. Won’t be using Kayak. Can’t trust them. I was baited with a reasonable price- then when credit card went through- price jacked up $150.

Pros (+) Location and the size of the room . Free cocktails every evening is a good way to get started.
Cons (-) Feels old, dirty, and in disrepair. Hasn't been updated since the 90s at least. The staff all seem to be the very last hope for employment. The breakfast every morning is mediocre at best, with some concerns about proper cooking technique and sanitary practices. Pros (+) Everything about the hotel was amazing from the shuttle service to the pool to breakfast! The bed was super comfy and the room was perfect! I was on my way to Ohio for military and they took care of me which was very generous of them. I got great rest for the next day of traveling! Overall great experience!

Pros (+) Fantastic hotel, great experience. We were staying with our two young children, ages 4 and 7, and two teenagers, aged 18 and 19. They all loved it. They used the pool (we had a wedding) and said it was fantastic. Breakfast was a little confusing...not everything was together, but manageable. The food was great. Cons (-) The pull out couch was one of the most uncomfortable things i have ever slept on. We felt every spring in the "mattress", which was about 3 inches thick. I think the floor would have been a better option, but who wants to sleep on a hotel room floor? If not for the horrible mattress, would have given 5 stars.
