Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel for its scenic views, peaceful and calm location, and supportive staff. However, many found the property to be old, with cleanliness and maintenance issues in some rooms. The location, while offering great views, was considered inconvenient for city access and sightseeing, requiring transport for most activities. Food was frequently described as overpriced, with limited options and no alternatives nearby, forcing guests to rely on the hotel restaurant. Value for money was a common concern, with several guests feeling the facilities and service did not justify the high prices. Amenities were seen as basic or lacking, and some guests experienced issues with staff attitude and room cleanliness.
